2. Use of Services & Client-Side Processing

DoTheImg provides free and premium browser-based image utilities (including compression, resizing, cropping, converting, and watermarking).

• Our tools process files locally within your browser using client-side technologies.
• You retain full ownership and copyright of all images, photos, and media files you process on our platform.
• You agree not to use the website for any illegal, harmful, or malicious activities, including attempting to breach platform security or distribute malware.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

Users may sign in using Google OAuth authentication to access enhanced features or manage subscriptions. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account session. Pranav TechLabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Premium Subscriptions, Pricing & Refunds

DoTheImg offers optional monthly and yearly subscription plans for advanced batch-processing features.

• Payment Gateway: All financial transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store financial credentials on our servers.
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time, with prior notice provided for active subscribers.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our web utilities and immediate access to premium features, subscription purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, user interface design, logos, graphics, brand assets, and platform text on DoTheImg are the intellectual property of Pranav TechLabs and Rajeev Rathore. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or redistribution of our platform layout or codebase is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

DoTheImg and Pranav TechLabs provide web tools on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, including accidental loss of local image data.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to alter or update these Terms and Conditions at our discretion. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your formal acceptance of the revised terms.
